These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at next-pl.com (the "Site"), operated by Next Project Logistics ("Next Project Logistics," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
01Scope: This Site, Not Our Services

Our logistics services are provided under a separate written agreement — which may include a signed service agreement, statement of work, executed quote, rate confirmation, bill of lading, warehouse receipt, or similar document. Nothing on this Site modifies, supplements, or waives any term of an existing agreement between us and a client.

Content on the Site — including service descriptions, capabilities, coverage areas, response times, and project examples — is provided for general information. It is not an offer, a binding quote, a rate commitment, or a guarantee of availability, capacity, or performance.
Pricing, timelines, service levels, and scope are established only in a written quote or agreement issued by us for a specific engagement. Statistics and figures shown on the Site describe past work and are illustrative; they are not a promise of results on any future project.

You may view, browse, and print pages from the Site for your own internal business or personal reference, including to evaluate whether to engage us. You agree not to:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXT PROJECT LOGISTICS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
This limitation applies to the Site only. Liability arising from our logistics services is governed by the applicable service agreement and by law, and is not limited by this section. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Project Logistics and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law.
11Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
This section governs disputes about the Site. Dispute resolution, venue, and choice of law for our logistics services are governed by the applicable service agreement.
12Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted to this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
